For the SEAI domestic solar grant your home needs to have been built and occupied before 2021, have its own MPRN, and not have had a solar PV grant at that address before. There is no minimum BER requirement. If you are unsure, reach out to us and we will check for you.
For farms and businesses:
The SEAI Non-Domestic Microgen Grant applies. The building must have been built and occupied before 2021 and not have had the grant before. We handle the application from start to finish.
Fusion solar handles the grant application from start to finish and the grant is paid directly to fusion as the main contractor.
